Quality Assurance Engineer – eCommerce

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team.
As part of a fast-paced, dynamic Information Technology team, you will support our eCommerce and fulfillment areas to deliver quality IT solutions working closing with Business and Development teams. Responsibilities
- Work with the technical team members to deliver new and enhanced features and functionality to our eCommerce platform
- Create test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure software quality
- Write and execute automated scripts for regression testing
- Collaborate with end users and business stakeholders to perform User Acceptance Testing
- Work with project managers and development team to identify, track and resolve defects
- Identify cross-system data needs and validate integrity across systems for the proper end-to-end UAT environments
- Perform a series of positive and negative test cases to identify issues proactively
- Participate in post-launch validations in production environments
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Strong knowledge of tooling to report defects and document test plans
- Proficiency in Python and Playwright; or similar frameworks in automated scripting
- Experience with load testing tools
- Detailed individual who is able to work independently and within the group
- Experience with retail systems, a plus
- Experience with eCommerce and digital payment platforms, a plus
- Strong knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
